Remote Support
- Request Remote support session on your Horizon console
- Access a Horizon Console from TAP
Request Remote support session on your Horizon console
- Navigate to Remote Support screen on your Console
- Press + button to start
- Enter the Support Agent's Support Desk pin
- Select the support agent's name to highlight
- Press third button with call center agent icon to Request support
- Enter your name and press green tick mark
- Wait for support agent to answer your request
